Real Time Input in Musescore 4 isn´t working

I´m trying to record music either in real-time Metronome or reat-time foot pedal. Non of them is working.
Either way the result makes no sense and is recording just quarter notes, whatever I´m playing.
Unfurtunatelly there are just handbook remarks in Musescore 3 to this subject.
I´ve spend quite a while an looked in Google an ChatGPT.

I´m using MacOS Sequoia and Musescore 4.4.1
