Unable to update MuseScore due to missing file

I am unable to install the updates for MuseScore 4. It requires the file MuseScore-Studio-4.3021231433 that is not anywhere in the hard drive. I did a full search of "MuseScore-studio-4." and couldn't find it.

I also tried to uninstall from the Program Files app. This didn't work.

At the moment I am unable to upgrade or uninstall MuseScore Studio.

I reported this problem on September 9 but didn't get a response from support.
