Issue with Keyboard Shortcuts in MuseScore 4

I have recently downloaded the newest version of MuseScore 4, and unfortunately, I am encountering an issue with the keyboard shortcuts. Specifically, I am unable to enter notes or lyrics using the shortcuts, as they do not seem to be functioning properly.

Could you kindly assist in troubleshooting this issue? I would appreciate it if you could double-check the functionality of the shortcuts and provide guidance on how to resolve this problem.
