Feedback Needed! (Original Composition)
Hi everyone. I've been composing for a while now, but I've never really sought much feedback. I'm a Year 10 student and music exams are coming up later this term, so I thought I'd try and get as much feedback as possible. I'd appreciate any feedback you could give me on this piece. It's an unfinished piece called Highlands and is supposed to evoke the feeling of emerging from a beach and running faster and faster up a mountain.

I like it. The piano instrument was a bit quiet for me - I'm using MS Basic, not the Hub sounds, so that might be the reason. i imagine drone footage over Highland Perthshire and maybe a train steaming across a famous viaduct at one point. i haven't run up a mountain for over 30 years, mind you.

Thanks! The piano instrument is actually the "Warm Pad" instrument under Sound Fonts - it was an easy way to experiment with string sounds without having to commit to anything, but I had to turn the volume down a lot so it wasn't overpowering.
