  1. Right-click in an empty part of any measure, from the popup menu choose Staff/Part properties
  2. What you have defined as the Instrument is a "Piano", but it has been named "Voice":

  3. Click the button "Replace instrument...", then choose "Bass Clarinet", click the OK button:

  4. Change the clef from Bass clef to Treble clef:
