What operating system is on your computer? What version of MuseScore are you running? (Help / About MuseScore, then click the copy icon next to the "Revision") What is the actual error message? (word for word) Exactly what actions are you taking to try to save the score? Where are you trying to save the score? (Try saving somewhere else: what happens?) If possible, attach a score (.MSCZ file) that does this.
FYI: this kind of information is necessary when asking for computer help of any kind.
