Issue running MuseScore on my laptop

Hello everyone,
I haven't used MuseScore desktop app in my laptop for a month cause i didn't have time and recently I wanted to open as usually and the only thing I'm able to see on the screen is the charging one as in the photo, then absolutely nothing happens. I tried to figure out what's going on but everything looks normal. Please if somebody coould help me i'll be quite grateful.

If it is useful, ask me for uploading here client or service logs archives.

PD: I use Windows10 i7 Lenovo.
