unable to select copyright text

Hi, I've attached the mscz file I'm having issues with. It's a very minor thing, I'm just trying to change the appearance of the copyright text at the bottom, but for some reason clicking on the letters does not select the text to be edited in the properties tab. Would anyone be able to open this file and see if they run into the same issue, and possibly give some advice on how I could fix it? I've tried making sure my mouse and keyboard are connected correctly and tried clicking it in fullscreen and windowed to ensure nothing weird about the window size is happening, and I still haven't been able to get it. Thanks!
