every time I logged into muscore 4 and creating my music it doesn't show the things to add different notes, accentials, etc I need it fix asap

Your description is not clear. At a guess, try these two steps. Either or both of them might fix your problem.
a) View. If Palettes, Instruments, and Properties are not all checked, check them.
b) View / Toolbars. If all three items are not checked, check them.
