accessing the score of a deleted account

Hi! I'm trying to access a score I created on a different account a while ago. However, this account was either deleted or, if it wasn't, is inaccessible.
The score is in the MuseScore app but it gives me an error message (image attached) whenever I try to open it.
Does anyone know of any way I can access this score?
