Like any other file using the Mac OS Finder. Musescore itself cannot delete files.
Scores aren't "on" Musescore 4. They are either on your MAC or perhaps icloud or other cloud storage, in which case just delete the .mscz file as you would any other file, or they are on on Musescore.com, in which case go there to remove them (see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/opening-and-saving-scores#Home_tab_…)
In your home tab on Musescore you will see links to scores (.mscz files) you have recently opened. They are just that - links not the scores or files themselves. You can clear all of the links but not individual links. That will have no effect on the scores (.mscz files) themselves.
