Error in PDF export

I've encountered a weird error when exporting a wind quintet score from MuseScore to .PDF. See the attached score and PDF of both the score and the clarinet part. In measure 31, the clarinet should have 2 half-notes: a low E and a low C. They appear in the score and in the clarinet part in MuseScore. However, the .PDF exports -neither the score nor the clarinet part - have the low C. FWIW I'm using MuseScore version 4.4.1 on a Windows 10 machine.

Any suggestions?
