Right click on one of the "backwards" 16th note flags.

Then, in the dialog that appears, click on Select > Similar on this staff - which will highlight all the flags.
Then, in the Properties panel, click 'Show more' and look for 'Flag offset' where you will see a circular arrow:
Click on that circular arrow to reset the flags.
