Assign pitches to barres for microtonal tablature

I have a guitar with 9 additional frets, allowing for some quarter tones. I'd like to make tablatures of introductory material & I can't see how to tell Musescore which fret equates to what pitch. I can set the fret total to 28, but it ends up being 28 semitones.

(+ = half-sharp)
I need, for E: 1st fret F, 2nd fret F+; 3rd fret F#; 4th fret G; 5th fret G+, 6th fret G# etc.

I'm doing it manually at the moment, editing the staff & the tab individually, but it would be a LOT easier if they were linked.

Can anybody help please?
