Musescore 4 can't open LABS

Hi! First off, I'm on Mac, using version 4.4.3 of Musescore Studio (or 4), and have the most recent version of LABS installed (the separate green app as well as Spitfire Audio because I also use the orchestra vst). I have done a few different things to try to get it to work and not just show a blank screen (the instruments I used from LABS also aren't sounding). I've deleted both Spitfire Audio and LABS, got rid of the old LABS vst file in my plug-ins folder, then redownloaded both of them and factory reset the two, but I still have this little window that pops up when I try to use a LABS instrument. The one before had a black border around it and was larger, and since I deleted the old LABS files, I got it to look like this now, but I still can't use it! Has anyone else on Mac found a way to get LABS working? I really loved using a lot of what LABS had to offer, and I really don't want to have to change the sound of a lot of my tracks from now and on, I'm like attached to them lol. Thanks in advance!
