Bari Sax part duplicated in individual part but not in score

I'm doing an arrangement of Very Saxy by Eddie Lockjaw Davis for 4 baritone saxophones and 1 tenor saxophone. In the score, the Bari Sax 1 and Bari sax 2 parts are different, but when I open the individual parts, the baritone 1 and 2 show up as the same.

When I block out the other parts while in the score the part it also shows up as normal, but when I click on baritone saxophone 2 in the "parts" tab, it shows up as the baritone 1 part.

A little while into working on this arrangement, the name for the baritone 2 part on the score disappeared, making it just say "baritone saxophone"

Any simple way to go about this?
