bug - alt-left & right arrow incosistent selection

with text frame in-between the staff (see image)
i [alt-left arrow] select next elements
when i reverse direction [alt-right arrow] to select previous elements
some elements are skipped
that is - they were selected when [alt-left arrow]
but are skipped when [alt-right arrow]

can repeat every time
i noticed the issue somewhere around ms4
though i believe i did not used text frames before that (silly me hi hi hi)

i noticed this with text frames
with this bug report i noticed text inside text frame is skipped too
