Is the pianoroll midi editor no longer there in MS4?

I can't find it. I need to adjust the timing of a grace note, because on eight notes at 110bpm it just sounds like two 16th notes.
Also, I guess this part is a feature request, but it would be good to have an additional checkbox in the Inspector for grace notes - to determine whether the nominal start of the "main" note should be matched to the start or to the end of the grace note - given that, depending on the genre, either option may be the correct one.
