No suspended cymbal after instrument change

I don't know if this goes in bug report or playback forums. I am writing front ensemble parts and there is no playback of suspended cymbal after instrument change. This is on both Musesounds and VDL Percussion sounds. Other instrument changes work (like the xylo --> opera gong seen above)
