Sound Changing

Hey Everyone

This is just a question around the sounds in musescore, moreover the overall sound.

I am familiar with the sound it makes especially in the piece I am currently writing but I went away today then came back and it sounded completely different, almost brighter and lighter in a way. I was a massive fan of this Sound!!!!

Does anyone know anything about it or how to do it again???
