Export into mp3
Hello, dear developers!
Could you please tell me what I need to do to ensure that the upper voice is also heard in the exported MP3 file? For some reason, it is not audible.

Nobody (well, almost nobody) here is a developer. We're all users, just like you.
Please attach the score file itself (.MSCZ) rather than an image. We can't help much with that .PDF file. Additionally, identify what operating system your computer is running and the version of MuseScore you have installed (Help / About MuseScore)

We really need the full version number of MuseScore. There are fairly large differences between 4.0, 4.2, 4.4, and 4.5, as well as the massive difference between 3.6 and 4.0 (obviously). Click on Help / About MuseScore, click the "Copy" button (icon is two pieces of paper) next to the "Build" number, and paste it into your post.
[A few moments later] However, I don't hear a problem. When I export to any of the audio formats, I hear the right hand notes just as well as I hear the left hand.

Hi, the problem is not the export to .mp3, but it seems to be a problem with the volume used by MuseScore for the right hand and the left hand. I do not know if we are facing a "bug". In fact, if you look at the example I am including to my answer, you can heard the difference in volume of the hands. The 1. and 2nd. measures are laud and then it is a clear difference in volume in the measures 3 and 4. I am using MuseScore 4.5 with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. I am very sorry but I do not know the solution of the problem. Maybe as workaround you can use a dynamic symbol like "f". Of course this is not a general valid solution.

Measures 3 and 4? There are only two measures in OP's attached score???
And it definitely appears that OP is not using 4.5 since I was able to open their example score in 4.4.4 and (obviously) not able to open yours.

Sorry, I just wanted to check if the problem with de difference in the volume of the between the right hand and the left hand already exists under the new MuseScore 4.5.0 . 250721848 Rev. 7c55023. I can confirm, that at least in my computer under Unbuntu 22.04 LTS the problem exists. I was opening the score Ex.4_VII7_in_jazz_progression_1.mscz with MuseScore 3.7.0 and if I add 8 measures only with the notes of the right hand and 8 measures more only playing the left hand notes, by making playback of the whole score (
Ex.4_VII7_in_jazz_progression_1_pu_MSC.3.7.0.mscz ) one can realized that the difference of volume is clear to hear. I do not know is this discrepancy in volume is a bug, or it is "like designed".

Thank you for your reply and your willingness to help resolve this issue. I believe this volume discrepancy is a bug. I hope it can be resolved soon.
