Not allowed to save to cloud
I tried to save my piece but it wouldn't allow me to and sent me here, i went to my scores and it was there but when i click on it my whole piece deleted

Always save locally (on your computer's hard drive) first and primarily. Only save completed works to the cloud.
There is some chance of finding backup files. Follow the instructions below and hope for the best:

Going forward, the following thread post describes @yonah_ag's folder structure (and now, mine, too) for file versioning. This might help if the problem arises in the future. (Sadly, if you're not already doing it, it cannot help NOW.)
