phantom tremolo in playback

I recently upgraded to 4.5..250800846 on March 27,2025. After making minor additions to a big band score (attached) there is a phantom, out of tune, tremolo that is not from any part on measures 69 - 74. I can't see where this comes from. Any way to remove it ?
