Slash notehead on my tabs

Hi Guys!

I've been editing some guitar tabs recently, but every time I try to change their note head to a slash one, it doesn't allow me to do it. However, when I click the cross notehead, it changes.

Do you know how I can solve it?
I'm using MS4
