Measure numbers on multi-measure rests.

Two issues, illustrated in the screen shot. I suggest suppressing the individual measure number when we have numbers on multi-measure rests. Right now, things look cluttered. See measures 3 & 5.

Second issue: The positioning of the multi-measure rest numbers in measure 1 is very far to the left. I'd expect to see it under the rest. This just looks off.
