How to visually display partitures on piano?

Hello fellas. I'm learning piano. Is there a way to visually see which key is being pressed as the program follows the partiture? I got the piano drawing to show up but when i click on the play button the music starts sounding but the piano doesnt follows what would be the keystrokes

Also, sound is pretty low and i set it higher as possible on my computer. It sounds loud enough on other apps. I'm using Fedora 64bits.
