Why so many Ctrl+1 ?

When I hover over the voice selection area near the top, why does Ctrl+1 come up in every pop-up box, no matter which voice I hover over?

I can't reproduce. I have Ctrl+I, Ctrl +1 then Ctrl+I, Ctrl +2 etc ...
In english US or GB.

It's not a 1 but a big i.
To switch voices, you have to press Ctrl + i then release, then press Ctrl+1

I was also confused, like Xavierjazz. would not be better Ctrl + V?

Ctrl+V conflicts with the default paste shortcut for pretty much every app ever on Windows. So no, probably not. And I think the 'I' in Ctrl+I stands for "Input".
