can I install 2.0 beta alongside 1.3?
Can I install MS 2.0 beta alongside 1.3? Or will 2.0 replace 1.3, or make 1.3 inactive or unusable in some way?

On Window or Mac OSX, you can have both in parallel. Note that the purpose of the beta is to gather feedback to make a stable version. If you use it, please report any problem or success stories.
