Plugin to apply a temperament - alpha version

Hi,

Even if it not finished, I though I could share an alpha version of Scales, a plugin I made, extending on the Tuning plugin by lasconic, as it starts to have some functionality.

The plugin is able to import (a subset of) Scala *.scl files and to apply a temperament to the whole score, with 'full' enharmony, i.e. keeping distinct up to 35 different tones in each octave from Cbb to B##.

On ver. 0.9.5 it is limited by the fact that MuseScore does not tell the plugin the name of a note with enough precision. Some other features are under the way (manual adding and editing of a temperament).
