Repeat Measure Issue
My measure 26 is not repeating, but I've already put a starting repeat sign and ending repeat sign. Help Please!!!

Welcome aboard...
Delete the 'D.S. al Coda' at the first volta. The repeat will play measures 26 - 36 then jump to the second volta.
Also:
Repeats & Jumps are used as a road map by human performers (and MuseScore playback). Your score looks incomplete - i.e. all the roads are not paved - so it's easy to get lost.
