Lilypond style?

Has anyone worked out the various details that would enable me to get pretty close to lily output using MuseScore, in terms of line thicknesses, font sizes, text fonts used, music fonts used, spacing, etc.. ?? And if so would you be willing to share a style file of it?

For that matter is there a collection of musescore Styles shared anywhere?

Well please forgive me naivity, I realize MuseScore will never quite look exactly the same as Lily and in some cases that is a good thing, but there is a certain warmth to lily scores I have printed out, which I think has a lot to do with the spacing, the font sizes being used, line thicknesses, etc.. all of which can probably be done pretty close with MuseScore if you know what you're doing, which I guess I don't yet. Love the look of lily output, but I I prefer to work with MuseScore.

Any tips in this regard would be appreciated..
