zerberus exports silence

• Apr 4, 2015 - 14:55

(I have moved my post from https://musescore.org/en/node/34286#comment-248621 to here.)

The exported audio file is silent when synthesizer set to zerberus.
I referred these posts https://musescore.org/en/node/21592 and https://musescore.org/en/node/34286.
Then I pressing 'Save to Score' in the Synthesizer window, but in my case it did not solve.
Playback is OK, but Export MP3 and WAV is NG.
Generated file is totally silent, there are only click noise at the beginning and at the end.
The duration time of its file is correct.

Please tell me the setting, operation or hints to solve this.

My test results are as follows:
Synthesizer: Fluid, Soundfond: FluidR3Mono_GM.sf3, Export MP3 is OK
Synthesizer: Fluid, Soundfond: my original sf2 file, Export MP3 is OK
Synthesizer: zerberus, Soundfond: SalamanderGrandPianoV3.sfz, Playback is OK.
Synthesizer: zerberus, Soundfond: SalamanderGrandPianoV3.sfz, Export MP3 is NG.

My MuseScore Environment as follows:
Installed memory of PC is 12GB.
MuseScore2.0
Windows8.1(64bit)
SalamanderGrandPianoV3 48khz24bit WAV Ver.
(I tested both WAV ver. and OggVorbis Ver., however, it was the same result.)
