That is indeed something I have noticed too, and will be addressing when I get to that point in the "To Do List".
This is a pretty late post from the OP. But if anyone searches up this topic, just know that MuseScore has a feature to change the tuning of any pitch by cents.
Go to View > Inspector. Then select a note to tune its pitch via the inspector.
Doing this for each and every note can be time consuming or impractical, in which case you can also try to find alternative soundfonts that might contain human voices that are tuned better.
