realistic accidental properties
Hello folks,
I think Musescore is brilliant but have a request:
Could you please make the accidental process realistic; as follows: is it not possible to apply the accidental throughout the bar (as one would read it.) For instance, an accidental placed at the beginning of the bar should continue throughout the bar and cease at the end of the bar (unless tied to the next bar.) I am talking purely on 'Play back'. It would give us a realistic playback without having to enter accidentals all of the time.

It's already the case normally. Which version are you using? And how do you enter accidentals?

Hi Lasconic,
I am using 9.5 I think and I enter accidentals as follows: CREATE ......... ACCIDENTALS ........ DRAG AND DROP.
Hope this helps (I'm probably doing something wrong) Would appreciate your advice.

You can change the pitch of a note with the arrow keys on your keyboard or use the accidentals in the toolbar.
