RC1 questions ...

I am about to download RC1 and take it through it's paces. A few questions:

1) File compatibility: I tried to find a discussion relating to file compatibility between 9.5 and 9.6. I seem to remember that 9.5 files could be loaded into 9.6, but 9.6 files are not compatible with 9.5. Please confirm?

2) I scoured the forums looking for list of changes and new features in 9.6, but no luck. Is there a forum topic or list of differences and changes from 9.5 to 9.6?

3) One feature that I am particularly interested in is transposing. Transposing in 9.5 usually required a lot of cleanup to eliminate accidentals when they weren't really needed. For example, if transposing from C to Bb, a note that is transposed to D# should be notated as an Eb (without accidental).
