breve rests & longa rests

They appear to be reversed.

A breve rest should fill but one space of the staff -- the second from the top -- and a longa rest should span the second and third spaces. (A convenient mnemonic is that the longa rest is literally longer than the breve rest.)

My version of 0.9.6 (revision 3145) seems to treat them in the opposite fashion.
