New Update Won't Open Older Sheet Music

I recently installed MuseScore 2.0 on my Windows 7 laptop. I am really liking its interfacing and its new, improved Midi for instruments. I have been able to open most of my sheet music made with the earlier version of the MuseScore application, and have been happy with them.

However, I am unable to open my favorite piece of music in this newer version (which is frustrating). Whenever I try opening it, a window pops up notifying me that MuseScore has stopped working; then it crashes. I am unsure as to why. I was informed, after having emailed MuseScore about this problem, that I should post my dilemma on the Forum to elicit suggestions.

Attached is the song with which I am having difficulties, if it helps in any way.

It opened fine in my build on linux. I have taken the liberty of removing the cover image from the flute part as it was obscuring the first page. I have attached the saved version - see if it works, please.
