musecore can't open the file

musecore did not create a backup, amd my mcsz fil cannot be open in musecore.
I have a flac, ogg and a midi file whit the song on, but i cannot open it in
any program.
can you help me or is it imposible to open the file?
I only want to no what instrument's i used to create the song
