I need help with a Repeat and Jump

In my arrangement of "Going Home," I want the flow of music to go like this:

1. Play to m. 45
2. Repeat from m. 13
3. At the end of m. 36 the second time, jump to Coda at 46

How should I tag m. 36 so that it jumps to the Coda the second time?
