"Sound entire chord" improvements

Right now, the "sound entire chord" feature plays the entire chord in the staff in the voice that is being entered. I'd like to see that expanded to the entire instrument (for instance, both staves of the piano).

Additional possibilities (just for fun):
A) option to sound all voices (or select voices)
B) option to play entire note value that is added (example, add a low A to a staff with quarter notes G and F above, MS plays the low A with the G moving to the F as it is written.) so when you add a half note two beats play, when you add a whole note the whole measure plays, etc.

At any rate, the first suggestion will help pianists out!
