Delete Timesignature
In the window add time signature I have added a time signature twice. I have not found a method to delete one of them.

It's not implemented. You can do it manually by editing:
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\MusE\MuseScore\timesigs.xml(on vista)
