More staves per page
Thank you, cwhysall and lasconic, but my problem persists. When I create a new score for solo flute with 32 bars,
I get one stave with 20 bars and one with 12. Attempts to rectify this via the "Layout" options have been to no avail.
I use Ubuntu GNU/Linux . gunnarsperber

You need to put breaks when you want the music to go on a new staff. See Break or spacer
