temper the keyboard

I would like to try tempering the piano of musescore, and try composing some music.
I mean, set a different frequency in each note.
Is that possible?

Highlight a note. From Inspector (F8) change the value of the "Tuning" box;
The general tuning is in: View/Synthesizer/Tuning.
