I think you should continue, your concerto has some good promises. I like the theme and the support by the strings. But you need to work on your technical skills.
You should always enter the instruments in default order. For strings: violin, viola, cello, bass. Controbass and double-bass are exactly the same instrument. You shouldn't use different names for the same instrument. Then your instruments should be grouped. Further you haven't given any indication on dynamics. Nor breathing for the Clarinet. When the viola's go up you should considder changing clef.

I have played a bit with your piece and added some of my suggestions. You don't have to follow my example. There are many ways to do this, but I wanted you to get thinking about more aspects then just the notes. Hope you don't mind.
