Delete should delete all

Some time I add Chord Changes over rests, for a number of bars. Today I wanted to remove 8 bars of changes. I Shift-click selected those 8 bars and pressed "delete". The chord names remained.

However, if the changes are attached to notes, all gets removed.

I think the changes should be deletable via this method regardless of whether the changes are attached to notes or rests.

There's an error in my above request. Even with notes, the text is not removed. I now would like to see that selectable.
