i download a file and the two voice, 1 and 2 is in a staff
how to split it in two voice ?

Welcome, a way can be:
Add a tool (Edit / Instruments)
Copy the entire staff into the 2nd staff :
Exchange voice 1 and 2 (Edit/Voices > Exchange Voice 1-2 )
Select the Voices (now) unnecessary and delete.
