Issue with Hide Empty Staves

There seems to be a small issue with the Hide Empty Staves feature as it stands presently. The issue is this: If you're using a multi-staff instrument, such as harp, piano, or organ, and only one staff is playing—for example, only the left hand in a piano part—and you use the Hide Empty Staves feature, it will hide the right hand staff and not label the left hand part as a piano part, but will instead leave it nameless. Is there a way around this?
