Push Deletions

Hi,
I am new to MuseScore and I am very impressed by what I can already do with it. I would like to make some feature request and would be glad if they provided some inspiration.

I think what is missing most is the ability of deleting a note that has been entered by accident or changing the duration of a note. Currently, expanding a note overwrites the following, shortening it leaves a rest.
It would be great if there was a function which made the following notes to push up so I do not have to cut and paste all following notes every time.

I've run into the same thing. I can't find a way to delete a note, and have all notes to it's right slide over to fill gap. I have to manually move all the notes after the one I deleted, which is very time consuming. Other than this, I'm loving it. Thanks for all the work that went into this amazing project!

Hey,
yes, I completaly agree! I'm dealing with the exactly same problem. The program is otherwise great, but because such a (as it seems to me) fundamental and basic action cannot be done i might uninstall the program again. I really miss this feauture, especially since I want to first add for ex. crochets only and then give them different values, it makes me go crazy.
But as I said, otherwise it's really great (not mentioning that it's free) so hope it'll be there soon.
