Print Preview
Is there a print preview function lurking around somewhere? I have a score with quite a lot of hidden rests etc and it's difficult to assess what it will look like. I know I can save it as a PDF but it would be easier to use a preview function

You can completely hide the invisible rests in Display -> Hide invisible elements. Same for frames.
The only thing that are one the score and will not been printed are Break or spacer , of course the background paper and eventually the color of the notes out of range. Other than that what you see it's what you get on print.
