Suggestions for PDF version of Handbook

There has been a long-standing issue where links in the PDF version of the Handbook (intended for offline use), instead of directing to the relevant page of the PDF, instead launch the web browser and try to access the page in the online Handbook. This problem is unlikely to go away until some complete re-vamp of the PDF generation process is done. Whenever such a thing happens, it would be nice if the PDF could accurately render Buttons and Keys as such, instead of turning them into This.
